Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha says he laughs off the boo-boys and warned: You only make me stronger.

The Eagles’ talisman often has to deal with abuse from opposing supporters at Premier League away grounds.

But the Ivory Coast international told Palace TV that he couldn’t care less what the fans shout at him.

“It kind of spurs me on,” he said. “I feel like that if I didn’t have much to offer I wouldn’t get booed by all the fans, you know? They’re asking for me to show them something, basically.”

Zaha and the rest of the footballing world are currently observing the government restrictions to stay at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 27-year-old says that likes to take his mind off things by watching cartoons or playing computer games after he has finished his workout.

“I watch cartoons, all the time,” he added. “I don’t have to make sense of it and it makes me laugh – I don’t like watching dramas. I like watching silly things most of the time.

“I’m playing Call of Duty or I’m playing football in the garden or go to the gym [in my garage].”
